Q: Are all of your business databases up to date and current? When were your listings last updated?

We are proud to say that most of our business data records are updated and current. We update our lists and databases every month.

Q: In what format are files provided?

  2. Files open easily with Microsoft Excel, Notepad, Wordpad, or Open Office.

Q: Are all your lists 100% accurate?

Most people think that email databases are 100% accurate. This is simply not possible. Businesses come and go on a daily basis, so maintaining 100% accuracy is a myth. Our databases are not perfect, but they are the best and most accurate in the industry. Our business email lists have a bounce rate of less than 10% from feedback we have gotten from customers.

Q: How will our lists be delivered once our order has been processed?

A download link for the list will be provided as soon as the order has been placed from the website. You will received the download link in your email. If you do not see the download link within 10 mins to 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder. If still not there please contact us and we will gladly send you the link again.

We accept payments through PayPal.

Q: Why is there no phone support?

In order to keep our business as efficient as possible and not increase prices.

All of our email addresses are CAN-SPAM compliant. We capture email records from business professionals who fill out web forms online that contain privacy policy which allows 3rd party marketing.

Q: How will I get my database after purchasing through the website?

After you make payment through our website, you will receive an instant download link to the files. We store our files in Dropbox and Google Drive to ensure hackers cannot steal these databases from our website server.

Q: If I choose to order more than one list product, do you offer any types of specials or discounts that will make my combined order more affordable?

If you intend to order more than one product or list, then we will be glad to provide you with discounts on your order. To be sure that you get the best prices and discounts when you would like to order multiple products, be sure to contact us.
